Short answer: No.
However, that said, you could have multiple H1 visas and work full-time for one and part-time for the other, as long as the first one doesn't have a problem with it :-)
If you get paid for work in the home country, there may be complications. One being that you'll still be taxed in the US. Consult a good Immigration attorney and a good CPA before doing anything like this.

You are eligible for 1yr extensions. If your I-140 is approved, you can get 3 yr extensions. Since you are saying it is NIW, it is always better to be on H1 because those cases are approved after intense scrutiny. Where was your I140 application sent?

Nikon Coolpix 5700 lens question-
Retired guy needs advice. I bought Raynox Digital DCR-5000 0.5x Super Wide Angle lens from Abe's of Maine for $99.- but with NO threaded front element for a UV filter.
And I bought a Vision Optics Titanium 0.48 Wide Angle with Macro from www.mydigitalgear.com (http://www.mydigitalgear.com) also for $99. and it has a threaded front element for a UV filter.
Has anyone had experience with these? Or am I better with the Nikon Lens for $150.? I appreciate advice. Thanks. ed61115@gmail.com

I HAVE H1 APPROVED TILL 04/10 BUT I ENTERED USA USING AP THIS YEAR SO MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT I AM ON EAD NOW WITH SPONSORING EMPLOYER. I AM ASLO DOING PARTIME JOB IN OTHER FIELD ON EAD SINCE 01/08. NOW IF I GET FULL TIME JOB WITH OTHER EMPLOYER (other field)AND IF I WORK LESS HOURS (means I get under pay than showed in labor) WITH SPONSORING EMPLOYER, WILL I BE IN TROUBLE? Now if I want to go back to Company A, do I need to transfer my H1B again?
Company A has not cancelled my H1 and I am in good terms with them.
Even if A didnt cancel H1 the comp A will have to apply for transfer.

Right now, your Silverlight 2 project is set as your startup project. Set your Web Site as the startup project with the Loading_ImagesTutorial.html file as your startup page.
That should get everything working properly :)

My current EAD was issued in 2007 when I filed I-485 + I-140 concurrently. It has since expired. I did not apply for a renewal because I am still on my H1B.
I am applying for a renewal now and had a question regarding filling out form I-765
Q15. Current Immigration Status ( Vistor, Student, etc )
I am still on my H1B. So I think I should write H1B and not AOS. But I am not sure.
I filled (C)(9) for Q16 Eligibility Criteria, and since I live in Ohio I am sending it to USCIS Phoenix Lockbox Facility. My receipt notice is Aug 2007 and to be sure I am including the $380 fee.

I wanted a clarification regarding address change:
My company changed address recently from address City A to address City B (same county, same metropolitan area). Do you know if I need to do any LCA Amendment?
I had consulted a lawyer regarding this, he said we don't need to do any LCA Amendment since it is the same metropolitan area.
Also I am not getting any clear answers from any other websites.
Wanted to cross check with you all. If anybody know please help.

I've filed for the I-140 with EB-1 category in business, then additional evidence was requested and finally received a denial. I would like to know:
1. What are the chances to get approved after appealing?
2. If I were to appeal can I present new evidence?
3. After filing the appeal, how long should I expect to receive an answer from DC office?
4. If I ask for additional time before appealing, what are the chances that the additional time will be approved?
5. Is it better to appeal or to request a motion to reopen whenever I gather the new info to defend my case?
6. Do I have better chances if I skip both appealing and motion to reopen and focus on re filing a new case?

I am in the same situation.I was told by my lawyer that if company A didnt cancel the H1b and as long as u have a valid and unexpired h1b with company A u dont need to retransfer to company A

Can you get second OPT doing a different Master's though you already had Master's. Did something change? The last I checked, you could get your second OPT only if you complete a higher degree like PhD than what you have.
